For patients calling in their most critical moments, Crosswalk deploys paramedics and EMTs on-scene to provide treatment in place while our care navigators guide patients to alternative destinations including urgent care, outpatient behavioral health, primary care, FQHCs, or home health resources.
For high utilizing patients, Crosswalk enables EMS agencies to stand up broader MIH and community paramedicine programs, proactively managing and engaging hard-to-reach patients with preventative care

Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Beeson is a licensed paramedic, registered nurse, and is board certified in emergency medicine and emergency medical services. He is a national leader in mobile integrated health and care delivery and has served as an executive at Evolution Health, Global Medical Response, and UNT Health among other organizations. He resides in Fort Worth, TX.

Head of Clinical Operations
Sean has over 30 years of experience in public safety and is an industry leader in mobile integrated healthcare and Emergency Medical Services. He has been published in both trade journals and healthcare-related publications for his work in MIH and led the development of innovative care navigation programs at Envision Healthcare. He resides in Grapevine, TX.
